Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 50% deposit of the total stay at time of confirmation.
  • Our cancellation deadline is before 4pm on the day prior to the arrival date.
  • If cancellation is within 24 hours of arrival the deposit can be refunded at the discretion of the proprietor.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All refund must be made by the to the original card details made for deposit payment.
  • Refund requests must include the name of the Guest and/or transaction number.
